Colin is a seasoned real estate executive with twenty years of direct industry experience focusing on
income property acquisition, asset management, property management and strategic planning. He has always maintained an entrepreneurial approach completing his first real estate flip in 2004. He has owned and operated two boutique real estate companies, as well as a property management company focusing on assisting absentee owners with distressed assets.

Colin has an extensive track record rehabilitating distressed and mismanaged assets utilizing both an acquisition / disposition and a buy and hold approach. Colin has owned and/or managed real estate in almost all asset classes. He has excelled in identifying and capitalizing on projects that required a complete transformation, from complete renovation to maximizing operational efficiencies including safety compliance, risk mitigation, cost containment, market research and analysis, operating and capital budgeting, cash flow management, staff supervision, resident relations resulting in effectively positioning the asset within the marketplace to maximize overall financial performance.

In 2002 Colin became Chief Operating Officer of Universal Air Service, LLC, a specialty aviation company who holds Part 133, 135 and 137 certificates. Also operating under Part 91, Universal Air Service became the first ever civilian contractor to conduct surveillance for the Eastern Range and have been an integral part of the successful launch and recovery of over 200 rockets for all the primary launch companies operating out of Kennedy Space Center. Ove the last two years we have experienced over 40% annual revenue growth.

Colin is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, possesses a BSc in Applied Mathematics, and formerly held a Series 7 and 63 securities license. On a non professional basis Colin captained the Welsh national soccer team, won an NCAA national championship and was inducted into the hall of fame in 2008.
