The Cloud Nine Real Estate Fund is currently open to accredited investors only. The fund comprises of 200 limited partnership units at $100,000 per unit. Multiple units can be purchased by any one person/entity however no partial units are available. Cloud Nine will identify and capitalize on real estate opportunities in the private aviation and aerospace industries. We will develop a diversified portfolio within our investment guidelines and will consider freehold and leasehold opportunities, redevelopment projects, construction projects, value buy opportunities, distressed and/or mismanaged assets that offer significant income generation.

Our General Partner, C9 LLC, is a Florida-based limited liability company whose management team comprises of consummate professionals in their respective fields who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the fund. We are perfectly located in Melbourne, FL in the heart of Brevard County, aka The Space Coast, where aerospace and aviation offer opportunities seldom seen anywhere else on the planet (and beyond!!).
