The Cloud Nine Real Estate Fund is structured through a Limited Partnership and is currently open to new investors. In order to maintain full compliance, all prospective investors must be confirmed as being Accredited. There are a number of ways an investor can qualify as being accredited and we have included a full definition here.

You will receive an email from verifyinvestor.com and once they receive the required documentation you can be verified within 24-48 hours. We will be updated throughout this process and notified when complete.
Funds can be sent by check, ACH or wire and once funded you will receive confirmation from our legal department along with a fully executed copy of your limited partnership agreement.
